Business Performance Coach - Sales Leader

City Wide Franchise is currently looking for a high-performing sales leader to join our team in our corporate office. Candidates for the Business Performance Coach (BPC) position will have several years of experience in running a business or held a sales management/leadership position in a larger company. In addition to sales leadership experience, this person will also have experience successfully leading the operations aspect of an organization. 

The BPC will be responsible for coaching City Wide Franchise Owners to meet their growth and profitability goals by providing them advice on all facets of owning and operating a small to medium sized business. This is accomplished by assisting them in identifying internal and external resources that will help them reach their personal and business objectives.

Coaches will also be responsible for identifying best practices from their visits to their assigned franchises, and bringing them back to integrate them into the City Wide proven model for success.  You will help integrate best practices by working with other members of the City Wide Performance Team to continuously improve systems and processes for sales, operations, accounting, and administration.   


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with Franchisees on the goal of achieving 10 million in sales in 10 years
  • Conduct weekly calls via Skype or Zoom, with the cities currently being coached
  • Work with Franchisees on how to further develop their people to increase productivity
  • Assist Franchisees in how to troubleshoot problems within their organizations
  • Teach every city how to use the City Wide Business Plan and review it with them regularly
  • Work with Franchisees on understanding Financial Statements, and developing yearly budgets to reflect their strategic initiative and goals.
  • Work with Franchisees on how to understand and use Key Success Factors to develop their business
  • Teach all Franchisees how to follow the City Wide Proven Success Model and Ladder to Success
  • Responsible for personally leading the performance groups throughout the country and documenting best practices

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Continually work with operations and sales departments on improving processes, and procedures with a 30-60-90 day follow up on policy changes
  • Visit each of your designated cities throughout the year
  • Having an in-depth understanding of our entire technology platform is very important to ensure that Franchisees are properly utilizing these tools
  • Completing appropriate documentation following a franchise visit
  • Create training materials for internal coach training
  • Participate in the creation of training materials for all franchises
  • Articulate big picture vision and mission of the company to drive the culture through the organization



  • Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Senior management experience overseeing areas of Sales, Operations, Accounting, & HR.
  • Preferred experience working for a franchise system
  • 15+ years of management/leadership and coaching experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and CRM software
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate others
