City Wide Franchise is looking for a dynamic individual with a proven history of leading a sales oriented, Outbound Call Center with successful results. The Call Center Manager will need the ability to motivate and achieve results through others and identify and retain talent. The City Wide call center is currently a team of 7 individuals that proactively cold calls into different markets around the country, with the goal of setting sales appointments for the Sales Executives in that city. This call center has the ability to grow, but never to the size of a stereotypical call center that has 100+ employees, due to the nature of its existence.  The right individual must have an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to build City Wide’s call center as we grow to become a Top 100 franchise brand and double our call center. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization, to build out a big revenue stream for our franchisees, and to grow our call center.

In this rare opportunity, you will:

  1. Develop and train employees, provide support, mentor our sales team for achieving daily sales goals.
  2. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance to develop a culture of success. Actively recruit Experience and history of hiring and recruiting people in this role. Constantly recruit and hire top talent to support new franchisees (attend job fairs, actively recruiting, etc.).
  3. Facilitate and lead weekly training meetings, update sales boards and coach employees to improve prospecting, qualifying, and the generation new sales leads.
  4. Maintain positive working relationships with Franchisees.
  5. Problem-solving –evaluate our systems, methods of capturing business and process improvement. Provide a vision and suggestions to continually improve our call center


  • Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent, required.
  • 5+ years of prior work experience in a service or sales call center, in a management role.
  • Proven success of building an inside sales team is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word; and prior CRM experience required.
